Hosted online by the Pan-African Farmers’ Organization (PAFO) and COLEAD, this session will spotlight agrifood entrepreneurs showcasing their sustainable solutions in the face of climate change challenges. The event aims to highlight the need for transforming our agricultural systems to ensure food security, environmental sustainability, and adaptability to climate change. Key discussions will revolve around sustainable farming practices, efficient resource use, and innovative solutions to reduce post-harvest losses. The session will also feature African entrepreneurs leading the green transition and a panel of experts discussing policy and research perspectives on climate resilience in agriculture. Supported by the FFM+ programme and backed by the EU and OACPS, this session is a must-attend for stakeholders in the agrifood sector.
